my name is chitranjan from ghaziabad .i have three connections of airtel 2 postpaid 1 prepaid.so this complaint related with my 6 yrs old prepaid no-------------------------------------------
my sim is being not working thats why i have gone to airtel outlet named CARPLUS (near ghantaghar ghaziabad) on 26-04-2008,so one of the executive told me that my no need to be transfer to another sim and it will be activated within 2-3 hrs .But till now(today is (28-04-2008)it is not being activated .and another thing is that when ireached to car plus at 10-30 am no staff is there to attend me,one of peon told me that staff will come at 12:00 noon(daily).

|Solution of your complaint||activation of new sim is not a big deal ,the issue is related with a service what type of service airtel provides,i need the sincerety and punctuality of staff and i suffered a lot during this period so ineed reimbursement of my money whatever is being lost due to this problem |
