I HAD BOUGHT A SAMSUNG COLOUR TV FROM QUILON RADIO SERVICE ERNAKULAM ON 19-8-07. IT WAS NOT WORKING FROM 03-04-08 AND WE INFORMED THE DEALERS WHERE UPON OUR COMPLAINT HAS BEEN REGISTERED BY SAMSUNG AND ALLOTED NO. BP; 8407106037 ON 04-04-08. ON 5TH AND 9TH SERVICE TECHNICIAN CAME AND TRIED TO REPLACE PARTS BUT COULD NOT SUCCEED IN PUTTING TV INTO WORKING CONDITION. TWO MORE WEEKS PASSED WITHOUT ANY ATTEMPT TO REPAIR. ON 23RD I ASKED FOR A REPLACEMENT OF THE UNIT IN WRITING TO DEALERS WITH COPY TO SAMSUNG SERVICE MANAGER ERNAKULAM. THEY HAVE PROMISED TO SUPPLY A NEW ONE IN TWO DAYS. IT IS NOW THE 4TH DAY. MY MODEL NO. IS CS21 Z 43 MA.
& NOW THEY STATE THAT SUCH A MODEL IS NO MORE AVAILABLE.....
THAT IS DISSAPOINTING & DISHEARTENING...
I FEEL BEING MADE FOOL,CHEATED& DISHONOURED....  

Solution of your complaintI WANT A NEW UNIT OF THE SAME MODEL OR EQUILANT TO BE REPLACED OR PLEASE PAY BACK THE PRICE MONEY. INSTANT & IMMEDIATE ACTION IS DEMANDED...  
ActionALL MY FRIENDS,RELATIONS & FELLOW MEN HAVE RECIEVED A FULL ACCOUNT OF THE CHEAT..&STILL MORE ARE BOUND TO KNOW SOON BEFORE I FILE A COMPLAINT IN THE CONSUMER PROTECTION COURT....
