I PURCHASED a nokia N-95 hand set 0n 27 march2008 , with in 12 months i have faced problems several time regarding screen flcuctuation & flickering (5 times). i have purchased it for Rs 34,500 but can not use it for more than half a year coz most of the time it is with customer care center - Patel Nagar.
Finally after a year they approved me to replace my set but that has taken more than 2 months the handset is still with them and till the date i havnt recivd my cell phone. after approval of my handset on 4/4/2008 and return date was 7/4/2008. And today is 28/4/2008.
i am waiting and waiting and waiting.........................................
Now i want that my cell warranty should be increased for atleast 8 months. because i donot have my cell phone for that much period of time.
I request the concern authority to help me and file a complaint against the company.

|Solution of your complaint||i want my handset back and replaced as soon as possible with the increase of 8 months warranty because i donot have my cell phone for that much period of time.
Also this handset has several technical problems so i need assurity by the company to repair it at time.
