I AM POSTPAID USER OF RELAINCE TELECOMMUNICATION FROM LAST 3 YEARS. I WANT TO SWITCH OVER MY POSTPAID CONNECTION TO PREPAID CONNECTION, FOR THE SAME I HAD FILLED UP THE TRANSFER FORM ON 9 APRIL 2008. FOR TRAFERRING FROM POSTPAID TO PREPAID GENERALLY REQUIRED 24 HOURS (ACCORDING TO CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE OF RELAINCE). & I ALSO PAID MY PREVIOUS BILL WITH TRANSFER AMOUNT. NOW MORE THAN 20 DAYS PASSED BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN FROM RELAINCE THANE WEB WORLD. FOR SOLVING MY PROBLEM I HAD VISITED THANE WEB WORLD 3 TIMES, BUT STILL MY PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED. I AM USING THIS CONNECTION FOR MY BUSINESS PURPOSE WHICH OF HEAVY USE. 

Solution of your complaintI WANT TO CONVERT MY POSTPAID CONNECTION INTO PREPAID CONNECTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, WITHOUT PAYING ANY BILL FOR THIS MONTH OF POSTPAID CONNECTION. BECAUSE ITS TOTALLY COMPANY FAULT & I WILL NOT PAY ANY BILL TILL MY CONNECTION CONVERTED INTO PREPAID. 
ActionI WILL TAKE NECESSARY ACTION. I WILL GO TO CONSUMER COURT & WILL FILE A SUIT AGAINST RELIANCE COMMUNICATION.
