Sub – complaint about the service station at borivali.
Respected sir,
I Mr. Ravindra A Vishvekar. Using your two-wheeler model – pulsar 150 DTS-I since last three years. Three days back I went to your service station SAI SERVICE STAION at borivali (east) for servicing purpose. Your service executive attends me & told me about the important work which need to be done. It is as mansion below

1) Clutch plate change.
2) Servicing.
3) Corn set change.
4) Head light bracket Patti.
5) Engine knocking checking.
6) Tappet setting.
7) De- carbonizing.
8) Front & back fork oil change.
9) Timing chain to replace.
& Many more small things, I agree to do all this work. Next day they call me & inform me for changing the time chain, as it is very important.
After two days when i went there & ask him that is all the work done, they said the time chains work is not done, because the bolt is jam & we don’t do this work in our service station .we do this work from out side vendor, & he is busy so we can not do this work.
As per your engineer he told me he done tappet setting, but if I am not wrong how can its possible without out opening that head you can’t do the tappet setting. Timing chain & engine knocking is important for the good performance of the bike. Even they did not do head light setting & silencer patra work. If company’s service can’t do the important engine work then what is the meaning of authorized service station & the most important thing is that they don’t have small parts like head light bracket Patti, silenser patra.mudguards. These parts can be available in local shops but the company’s service station doesn’t keep this all-small parts.
we choose company’s service station, as we trust company’s service station always gives right suggestion & perfect service. But if the company couldn’t give good service & there own product then what is the use of service station. I am disappointed with your service.
Then company should stop selling such kind of products
