i have purchased a new phone and mobile no.9910167360 from Mobile Store Paschim vihar New delhi
on 14th april 2008 and submitted the documnets thre and then. but aftr a week my no has been disconnected and asked for the residence proof and told me that they dnt accept the landline bill of airtel . i have submitted my passport to them on 22nd april 2008 and they told me that my number will be restored within 72 hrs. but my number was restored on 26th april 2008 after repeated calls to mobile store. and again today i.e. 30th april 2008 my number has been disconned again without telling the reason.
i have only one other coonection that is again airtel postpaid . its not possible to contact airtel prepaid custmer care with that number.
after that i have tried air tel nodal officer phone no. that is given on ur website that is busy contionously. my prepaid no. is 9910167360
please activate as soon as possible.
