I Ankit Malhotra own this Nokia Mobile Model no. 5200 under the IMEI NO.- 354848012916841. I wanted to lodge in a complaint against Nokia as I am really frustrated with dealing with them. Actually my mobile had some voice problems so I got it repaired in the March under the warranty claims and I recieved my mobile back on March 31st. Now the problem reoccured in the mobile and that problem is the same as it was being earlier repaired even. Now the issue is that my warranty expired on 22nd april and I am facing the problem again. But when I called up at the call center they told me that it can be repaired under the repair claims as they give us the grace period that if the same problem occurs again you can get it repaired again within 2 months of the date when you got your mobile back previously. So I gave a visit at Nokia service center in East Patel Nagar, Delhi. But they refused to accept my mobile as they say that your warranty has expired but the people from call center say that you can get it repaired. I discussed this issue with your Bangalore service center even and they did talk with the people at the east patel nagar center, but still they refuse to accept it. I am really frustrated and tired of giving visits over there and I am dealing with some serious humiliation. I kindly request you to take some action against my problem.
