I purchased an AC model no. 18FSDT1 (Majestic silver) on 29 april 2008 from AC solutions (an AC showroom Head-Girish Kakkar) in Laxmi Nagar, East Delhi. I made the full payment the same day .2 guyz came and installed the very next day. But unfortunately they found that the AC had leaky compressor. They told that service engg from LG will come today and will check it up. The next day (not on the same day) service engg came and told that a new AC will be provided tomorrow. But till date (05th May 2008) no one has arrived. Many commitments were made when i was at the showroom purchasing it and not a single was completed. I have called many ppl.....1.Ravi, the sales person at the showroom......2.Girish Kakkar, the showroom owner.........3.Naveen Tyagi, LG AC Service contact person.........4.Manish Kakkar, service manager, Laxmi Nagar........ Many times till now and every time i have been given lollypop saying that I will get the AC today.......I have been cheated of the services.....commitments and cheated solutions.
