i have purchased NOKIA 5610 from Nokia priority dealers in Kazhakootam, Trivandrum. But the phone had problems like Restarting and Slider came out of the panel. I gave the mobile for servicing in NOKIA CARE in trivandrum on 5th april 2008. They promised to return the mobile the very next week i.e . on April 14th 2008. But they havent returned my mobile yet. I cannot understand how Nokia can be irresponsible when it comes to customer service. When ever i enquire them about my mobile the only answer i get from them is spare part is out of service.
