Booking ID : FLTINT634355.
We had booked the ticket on 30th April 2008 and followed up many times with customer service for the E-ticket ..response was very poor and we were told that International booking will take at least 4 to 6 hrs for the e-ticket to deliver through mail. The same message I have received on 2nd May 2008. Waited again. Since the travel was on 6th May 2008 we thought the ticket will be reaching by today and this morning again we checked with Makemytrip customer service the answer was quite shocking…..” take back your money or travel by jet Airways the only option.. “
Quite disgusting to know that today, booking / ticket has been cancelled and refused to give the reason for the cancellation of booking. Also surprising to know from Srilankan Airlines that they have not received any such booking details from makemytrip. They said, if travel agents doesn’t respond to the time limit the booking will get automatically get cancelled by system.
