I have Purchased one AC model 18WKE bearing S.No- A196PZBQ301191 against invoice no 856 dt. 17-04-08 from SAMSUNG PLAZA (Bansal Electronics). Person came to install the machine on 18-04-08. There are few of the probs in the machine and these are as mentioned below.
1. Gap in front grill from main body.
2. Fins of front Grill loose and give NOISE while machine is operating.
3. Condenser fins damaged.
and SAMSUNG"s local official behaved such as he is doing favour to me by serving me.He was very rude in Behaviour. Samsungs service engrs showed themselves helplees and told quality of Grill is substandard. This Prob. is not with any AC of other makes available in the MKT. As i found complaint in my AC i personally checked all makes in the mkt. Samsung Service people behaves as they have monopoly in the mkt.
