I bought the phone on 8th April and from them every weekend visiting one Nokia Care centre or the other.. The problem is - Mail for Exchange doesnt sync up though customer care and others vouch it woudl.. When I give for service, each time they reload software and MFE woudlnt be found and I have to download from web. And when I install and check they will say take it to customer care centere.
I have given it today in Nokia Care Anna Salai Chennai.. I was again told that it is only a software problem while the customer care Mr. Jacob who had called me from Blore had told it is hardware issue..
I am not sure if it is going to be serviced to my satisfaction but have given one last try.. Nokia doesnít understand that it takes good amount of time from the customer end to go to service centre each time and they donít value it.. The customer representative feels we arenít cooperating for no fault of us.
|Solution of your complaint||I am not sure if it is hardware or software issue but assume Nokia also doesnt know.. Probably replacement or move to E61i/ |
