Airtel has been claiming that my check has been bounced, when it has been cleared from the bank. Everytime we confront them, they apologise and say there has been a mistake. This way our landlineand broadband has been de-activated and activated over 3 times in two weeks.
The customer service has been very inefficient, and has caused us tremendous stress.
Finally, they have said that theyll investigate and let us know. I dont see why the confusion, when we have even shown them the bank statement proving that payment has been made, and most importantly, they are not even returning the so called bouced check.
