I am Srinivasan Munuswamy, from Satyam Computer Services, I have the airtel postpaid connection.

I have activated GPRS during the month of March; I have been using the service for one month and on April 01 2008 I have disconnected the GPRS service.



They have charged 4months gprs rental ,even though i have used the gprs only for 1 month and disconnected after that.
I called the customer care during Apr 1st week and enquired, they said this amount will be adjusted in the coming month bill . But in the April Bill I got two more new gprs rental, I dont know what is this for.


Whenever I call customer care I dont get proper response. They are simply giving useless replies. I dont know what to do now
