|Product/Service Description||Ive asked for a COURIER DELIVERY containing some important documents but the COURIER SERVICE REGIONAL OFFICE HEAD has the parcel & denied delivering it on time when contacted & used ABUSIVE LANGUAGE against me & dared me to take any APPROPRIATE ACTION against his service.Please look into the MATTER THE KIND OF WORDS USED DOSENT FIGURE OUT IN ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE BOOKS IN ANY NATIONS MARKETS. |

A relative of mine had send some URGENT & IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS by TRACKON COURIERS OFFICE IN NASIK (MAHARASHTRA) on 30/04/2008 but Ineither I nor her got any intimation from the service person regarding the where abouts of the parcel but when I called thm on 6/05/2008 the REGIONAL OFFICE PERSONEL & HEAD didnt gave up reasonable replies nor he was subjected to any type of responsibility.He even used filthy language & dared me to take any ACTION against them.
I STRONGLY BELEIVE if PEOPLE LIKE HIM ARE SERVING PEOPLE the MARKETS OF OUR COUNTRY WILL SOON SEE THE DOOMS DAY.
|Solution of your complaint||PLEASE TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION AGAINST THEM SUCH AS IMPOSING FINE & LEGAL AUTHOROTATAIVE ACTION AGAINST THE REGIONAL OFFICE HEAD FOR USE OF ABUSIVE LANGUAGE & PROVIDING SUCH DETRMENTAL SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS. |
|Action||I cant say nothing prior to this but if the situation still remains as it is for my COMPLAINT then will go to LEADING DAILY TIMES OF INDIA as Ive already written some articles for them & will go DESCRIBING THEIR OFFENCE IN PUBLIC. |
