Dear Sir,

I am Dr. A Roy Choudhury working in Tata Steel Joda , Dist- Keonjhar, Orissa. I am a Maruti lover since beginning & so far I had different models of Maruti cars only. But I am sorry to say that my Maruti WagonR Vxi which I had purchased from Orbit Rourkela on Nov.2005 is constantly giving problems one after another which even your service centers at Barbil & Keonjhar are unable to solve
1. In 2005 November itself there was problem in gear which used to slip automatically & after many request to Mr. Surender Dua ( owner of Maruti showroom Orbit at Rourkela ) it got changed.
2. In 2006 December the left front shocker started giving sounds & the service engineer of Barbil told me that the front shocker has become week & it needs to be replaced & hence I informed Mr Dua ( owner of Maruti showroom Orbit at Rourkela ) & he promised to get it changed but till now he did not do & now he is telling that its guarantee period is over & now he will not do it.
3. In 2008 March the vehicle started knocking & misfiring . The service engineers from Barbil & keonjhar have tried their hands , changed many things but the problem still persists & so much so that it is becoming difficult for me to even drive down to my hospital even. Though they changed many parts they did not give me any money receipt. On asking for receipts they told that their owner will send it through post but till now they have not send.
Now as I donít have any option I am forced to write to you with a hope that some immediate steps will taken by you so that the above problems get solved as early as possible & my faith in MARUTI is reaffirmed.
