I am writing this article, as I want to bring it to the notice of Maruti Udyog.
I purchased a car from Maruti True value outlet, Allianz motors Safdarjung near Kamal cinema.
From the very first day that I received my car, I found unlimited faulty components in my car. I really do not have any idea about the checks done on the car by true value but I certainly am mature enough and can understand that atleast AC should be checked. I took the car from True value because of its goodwill and did not check any component in the car. This is the mistake that has cost me a lot including many gruelling and tiresome hours and a lot of money, which I have spent travelling from my house to service centre in Okhla and Mathura road.
This is only one side of the story. Each and every time I am given an excuse for my AC not getting repaired and that to after 6 hours sitting in the service center.
Also would like to mention that the very first day when I took my car from the shop, I was told that the car has enough fuel to reach my house, but it did not even travel 5 kms.
I am writing this article so that it can be brought into the notice of the concerned employees. This has been an experience full of harassement
