(1)My bike when purchased used to give 35 to 40 kmpl @ 40 kmph speed within city limits. After first service it returned 75 kmpl @ 40 kmph. Then after second service mileage again dropped to 45 kmpl. I am using same fuel from the same bunk since purchase of the bike.(Shell super petrol). Before and during third service I asked Khivaraj service to tune for mileage twice, but i did not get the previous mileage return.
(2)There is oil leakage through the oil seal near gear lever since the day I purchased the bike. I had taken the bike to rectify this seperately twice apart from 3 services. But the leakage persists and ever increasing. I changed the oil seal before 1 st service itself. And to my wonder i was asked to pay for it and i was told it was not covered under warranty.
(3)The left air scoop rattles and its frequency is maximum @ 43 kmph.
All these problems were reported to the service people every time i took the bike to them. Every time the used to ask me to come in the evening and tell me that they had looked into it and was fine. But they never solved any problem till date.
I am a mechanical engineer (B.E) and I am very well aware of maintaining and driving bike. There is no fault in my driving.
|Solution of your complaint||I expect the higher authorities to act on this immediately by directing the khivaraj motors to solve my problems. |
|Action||I might go ahead and do anything to spoil the goodwill of BAJAJ AUTO and KHIVARAJ MOTORS who are infamous for stealing parts during service especially carburettor, carburettor parts and spark plugs, if my problem is not solved immediately. |
