I registered my request to re-install my system to my new residence closeby on 25th April. Even after several reminders, I am still waiting for a representative to help me out. My request no is 80306637. This is frustrating, especially when you go for a brand and find out that the after sales service is really pathetic.
Every time I call, they just assure me that their rep will come very same day and in vain. I have vacated the old house and has to continue requesting the owner that I will get the purifyier within a day or 2..
