I have Tata indicom broadband prepaid internet connectivity since 6 months. I renew it every 3 months. I have renewed the connection 2 times now.
The internet connectivity was stopped on 30th April, 2008 and i lodged a complaint through customer care. A field engineer visited house on 4th May, 2008 and took the router (router is essential to connect my computer to internet) saying the router is not working. My account got suspended on 8th May, since the last date of the validity period was 7th May, 2008. The customer care assured me on 30th April, 2008 that the issue will be addressed within 24 working hours and the issue has not been addressed even after 9 days. Right now there is no router at home.
Now when i call up customer care to replace the router, he is asking me to renew the connection and only then they will give address the issue.
I have faced several problems before with tata indicom, where i lodge a complaint and they take more than a week to address any connectivity issues.
