Mr. Chandresh, Mr. Kailash Kutumble, Mr. Salim Shaikh
I have prepaid card of Vodafone, in the month of Feb 2008 i activated their new service of voice chat which was de-activated on march 25th, 2008 for which i have received sms from their side that your service has been de-activated.
In April they again deducted Rs.30 from my account for which i gave call to vodafone help care and spoke to Nikita Gorde to solve the issue she solved issue and re-imburse money in my number.
Again in May they deducted Rs.30 from my account this time i again gave call to vodafone but this time i have passed with very bad situation i spoke to almost 20 people for the same and later on Mr. Chandresh came online and agreed complain is going on and work is going on but he passed on to Mr. Kailash kutumble, Mr. Kailash passed to Mr. Salim shaikh and atlast salim is replying sorry sir we cannot return your money.
I asked why and he said your service is still activated.
All people in vodafone help line are bluffing wrong names and they are not giving their employee code, how to understand ?
How you will help me in this case?

Re-imburse Rs. 30 in my account and stop making people fool.
I can go to court as it is not matter of only me, it is matter of all indians.
