My daughter Miss Girija has purchased an Airtel world calling card fro Rs. 500/- from International airport at Mumbai on 10th May 2008 and has gone to USA. She is not able to use the card to call us in India. I am siting the text from her mail: " My card no is: 58796122138759.....I have followed the correct procedure but it says that my card is inactive..I talked to the customer care too but al in vain...check out if you can do something about it !"
