Dear Sir\Madam,

The E-90 that i bought has developed some marks on the inside screen. As we close its lid the key pad touches against the screen(although it should not do so). As a result the inside screen and some buttons on the key pad have developed stains or marks on them. The general idea one gets when views the inside screen is as if the mobile has been used for like two years and very roughly. How ever i have used this mobile very very carefully over a period of around 2.5 months only.

The mobile is working properly and there is no problem in its operation but a mobile costing almost 50,000/= PKR should not have developed such an issue.

I can email pictures as a proof to show the marks.

Kindly advise as to how this problem should be catered.
