dear sir,
we have purchased 2tickets for chennai from kolkata on 12th feb around 3.30pm thorugh internet for 22nd March 2006. we have punched our credit card that is visa card from standard chatered bank to pay for the tickets which amounted to Rs3000/- including airport tax. we have booked the tickets in the name of Mr.B.kalyana Sundaram and the other in Shashank Sundaram respectively. when we waited for the PNR numbers there came a note that we need to contact our local call centere., which we did in the 9831677008 we waited for at least 15min and we kept on hearing at recorded message stating PLEASE WAIT YOUR CALL IS FORWARDED AND OUR CONCERNED PERSON WILL ATTEND. this was the message we heard for 15min and nobody bothered to answer us. It is ridiculous to hold the receiver for 15min and more and waiting for somebody to answer. we have tried again and again in vein to get the same message and nobody anwered us , hence we are apporaching you to contact us and let us know our PNR number as quick as possible. our phone number is 24659565 and our mobile no is 9433059565. As our credit card is accepted and we donot know our PNR number we are more worried. Kindly treat this as urgent matter and inform us immediately.

Solution of your complaintwe think your contact number and people should attend to the customer instead of playing the recorded message telling and fooling clients that somebody will attend.  
Actioni will call your airline as not low cost airline i will rather call as low service airline
