Product/Service Descriptionnokia n 73. hadnset was getting hanged again and again, gave the handset to nokia priority on 1st may, resolution of my problem is still pending from nokia side as software upgradation was recommended from the customer care, as they told me that the handset will be going to bhopal and will be back within 5 days, now i am without handset and facing lot of inconveince.

nokia n 73. hadnset was getting hanged again and again, gave the handset to nokia priority on 1st may, resolution of my problem is still pending from nokia side as software upgradation was recommended from the customer care, as they told me that the handset will be going to bhopal and will be back within 5 days, now i am without handset and facing lot of inconveince.As no stand by handset was given to me due to which my work is getting hampered , if by spending Rs 11000 for new handset and still i have to later on purchase new handset as there is no provision to upgrade software in jabalpur and no stand by handset can be given then where should we go. 

Solution of your complaintsoftware upgradation should be done in jabalpur ,if it is possible here then why my handset is being sent to bhopal 
Actioni will file a case against the company of mental harresment as the customer care representative of jabalpur nokia priority russel chowk is pathetic. When i enquired about the status of my compliant the executive says you are mad and dont know the software related issues of handset, if this is the way to treat the customer then i will never ever purchase any nokia handset nor i will suggest anyone to purchase.
