I went to this dealership because I was told they would be able to meet all of my needs. I live over 65 miles away from this dealership and we had worked a deal on my first visit to the dealership for either a 2 door colbat or an HHR. This was to include warranty, TTL, and the price of the vehicle. I got the prices monthly from them on the phone, I even asked them send over the paper work confirming the information but they said for "fraud protection" they could no do so. However, they did assure me that the prices would be right and the calls are being recorded which is the same validation as paperwork would have. I even called the morning before I left and confirmed all the details I understood were correct. I confirmed 380.00 a month with everything for 60 months. I even explained that if I drive out there and waste 2 hours of my time in driving alone, I was not going to be happy. They assured me that it would be what I wanted and what we had discussed. Of course, when we get there on Superbowl Sunday might I add, they couldnt even get the payments there on a 72 month term. THEY ARE LIARS! I asked them to play back the tape, they said they dont have it. Luckily Friendly Chevy had told me that they were probably lying because those numbers just did not make since. I told Van that Friendly is still offering WAY better than what they were offering and they said 1. They own Friendly Chevy (TURNED OUT TO BE A LIE, SURPRISE SURPRISE!) and 2. Friendly cannot be offering that price either. Well needless to say I left, after wasting a total of about 8 hours with these people and bought the next day from Friendly that gave me the price they said all along they would do. Which was 390.00 a month. I just want to report that this dealership lied to me and wasted all of that time over 2 weeks lying. They said the same lie about 6 or 7 times and when it came down to it all they said was, I am sorry! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND DO NOT WASTE ANY MOMENT TALKING TO THESE LIARS! EVEN THE MANANGER DOES NOT CARE THAT HIS EMPLOYEES LIE! 

Solution of your complaintA reimbursement for my time and wasted gas and a sincere, not a "I dont really care" apology! Also, I would like an assurance that their sales reps dont give prices they cannot meet. Dont waste peoples time! 
ActionConstant complaints filed anywhere I can file them! They wasted my time, I dont want them to waste someone elses. In fact, when I was complaining, the saleman told me that they same thing happenend to another lady who drove all the way from Texarcana.
