The Customer care disconnects telephone whenever I wanted to Speak.
The cancellation of mobile connection No. 9910079353 in the name of my son Ashish Mitra was intimated on 27th November 2007. The same was not passed on to the third part bill connection department even after repeated reminders every month and finally confirmation No.14690607 was obtained on 30th March 2008.
Even after this, the third party collection department is threatning my son Ashish Mitra.
Due casual and callous attitude of the Airtel officers my son is being harassed.
