My Trading account IN300183-10919970 gets deactivated every now and then and if I remember it right it is almost 4 time, each time I loose 1 Month of Transaction oppurtunity and last time it lasted for 3 months or more, Every time I have to submit my PAN numbe, Photos, and some application being filled up,
This problem stated off after ICICI Bank lost its documents in Tsunami
 

Solution of your complaintLevy huge penalty for being irresponsible in loosing the documents in the first place and irresponsible in handling the documents in an ongoing day to day 
Actionat the most I have close my accout with a bad experience and also file for compensation
