Hi,

I have taken a LG fridge from pai Electronics,Indiranagar, Bangalore on May 1st 2008 and it was delivered that night. I have noticed that the leg of the fridge is bent badly and a utility basket was broken. I have complained the pai electronics, indiranagar,Bangalore immediately on 2nd may. They kept on raising LG service (nearly 6) request but no action has been take till now. It almost 3 weeks. To the best of service of pai electronics, finally they asked me to mail the MD of the company Rajkumar pai giving his mailid rajkumarpai@yahoo.com. I asked them his mobile number but they were not ready to give it. I want to take this issue to consumer court. Please let me know what i can do with respect to this complaint. I warn all those who buy at pai electronics, bangalore to be careful. My Mobno is : 9880994182.

Solution of your complaintReplacing the leg and utility basket and i would be happy if they are penalised for their recklessness inspite of repeated calls to the dealer about the complaint.
