I got a broadband internet connection from Tata Indicom in December 2007. The problem is the internet connection is not active most of the times. They end up giving me reasons such as the switch is not working, the router is not working, problem at data center etc when i happen to call them.
I could have gone for an Airtel broadband connection but it is not available in my area ( Jayanager 2nd Block)
Each time i talk to a customer care executive and i ask for their supervisor, they end up putting me on hold for 30 - 40 mins and still do not respond.
|Solution of your complaint||If they cant give me the service worth the money im paying, let them say it is not possible to. Why are they eating up our money for no good service provided |
