Sir,

I applied for a new walky postpaid connection with Tataindicom on 13-05-08. On the same day their agent came and installed the connection. He asked me give 2 documents- Address Proof and ID proof. I gave Electricity bill and Driving License and showed him originals as well. I Also asked him if the documents are sufficient or you need any other document as well. He said they are sufficient nd you just make the payment of Rs 1399 which I did.
As per their policy he gave Rs100 talktme free of charge. I checked the phone, outgoing and incoming calls were functioning properly.
The very next day I got a call from the same agent that the documents are not sufficient and he needs my original documents which he will return after 1-2 days, I said if you want to check come and check it any time but I cant handover my original documents to him. He said then your line will be restricted. I asked him to pass me on to his manager. He said i will ask him to call you.
I did not receive any call on that day, instead my outgoing were restricted. Next day I received a call from his boss SANJAY and he also said the same thing. Then I emailed him my PAN card and Mobile bill. Still my phone was not connected. Next day again he called me saying that its an online mobile bill which is not accepted and i need to send some other proof. Then I faxed him one more electricity bill and informed him. He said verification will be done tomorrow and line will be connected.
I waited but no body came and phone was still not activated. I tried to call their customer service but could not get through as the phone no was not active.
Then stared emailing to their customer service, they gave assurance that the lines will b connected but nothing happened, verification was done over the phone and yesterday I checked that myincoming calls have also been stopped and the number is coming as INVALID.

No body is taking the ownership to relove this issue and I am with out the connection even after paying Rs 1399 and giving all the required documents 3 times.

I have trying to get my phone connected since last 8 days, now its totally dead.
Its really frustrating when you get this kind of services.

I need your help in resolving this matter.

Solution of your complaintConnection of services and proper functioning. I also want to claim for the compensation for all the mental harassment I have been through.
