I bought a Hyundai colour television from Next showroom,Kamlanagar,Delhi on 10/04/2008.The remote of the television was found missing at the time if delivery.The showroom guys informed me that they would provide me the remote in a couple of days.When nothing happened,I contacted the showroom again.A complaint was finally registered with Hyundai Customer care.The next day,I recieved a call from Hyundai enquiring about my problem,hearing which they replied that they can repair a remote but not provide a new one and i should contact the showroom guys.When the same was done,a complaint was again registered.A service guy came to my place on behalf of my complaint no. 400HA08D23782 and he too told me to contact the showroom guys only as it was their fault(their storekeepers fault)
Now it is over 40 days and I am yet to get the remote.I am sick of this transfer the blame game.. 

Solution of your complaintThe Hyundai corporation should provide me with the remote(they should contact the showroom and do whatever procedure is to done)
