I have purchased a Vediocon Hot & Cool Air Conditioner from Laxmi Electronics CHANDAUSI, Distt. Moradabad (UP) in June 2006. From the 2nd day of Purchase it started creating problems. After so many complaint, the dealer came on 4th day and said the Compressor is not working properly and it needs to be replaced. After So many requests to dealer and Vediocon Gaziabad office Mr. Verma from GZB sent a Compressor after about 2 Months and the dealer took 2/3 days to fit it and the AC was ready But unfortunately with in a month or so again the AC started creating problem. The dealer was contacted But no response and the season was over.
In the next season we were out of station and the AC was not used.
Now this time Mr. Karuna Shanker of GZB/Delhi office was contacted and he told that Mr. Aarish is looking after the Service of Moradabad Zone. Mr. Aarish was contacted and he replaced the Compressor as this is with in warranty of 5 Yrs. Now after 2 days working again the compressor got overheated and stoped working.
Mr. Aarish is contacted But he is pretending to come.
What shall I do? I am totally helpless. Have I commited any crime by Purchasing a Vediocon AC?
