Bharti Airtel,

Subject:-Wrong Billing of my post paid connection.

Respected Sir/ Madam,

I have got an Airtel post paid connection in the month of March from Dwarka Airtel Shoppe and I opted for Airtel 444 plan. But now I am facing some problems with my Airtel connection billing.
I was committed that in this plan no CLIP charges will be there in my monthly bill as its free under Airtel 444 plan.
Moreover as per the Airtel 444 plan, first 444 calls will be free but I was charged for them as well
Please give kind consideration to this complaint else I am not going to pay bill until I get the confirmation on the same and will go to court for charging me in a wrong way.
I hope that you will understand this and take this complaint seriously.
