Subject:-Wrong Billing of my post paid connection.
Respected Sir/ Madam,
I have got an Airtel post paid connection in the month of March from Dwarka Airtel Shoppe and I opted for Airtel 444 plan. But now I am facing some problems with my Airtel connection billing.
• I was committed that in this plan no CLIP charges will be there in my monthly bill as its free under Airtel 444 plan.
• Moreover as per the Airtel 444 plan, first 444 calls will be free but I was charged for them as well
Please give kind consideration to this complaint else I am not going to pay bill until I get the confirmation on the same and will go to court for charging me in a wrong way.
I hope that you will understand this and take this complaint seriously.
