HSBC is charging me Late fee whareas my cheque was shown as paid successfully on HSBC site. It showed my cheque was paid on 9th May itself much before last date for payment (12thmay). I was informed on 21st may to make payment as my cheque has been returned.
I checked the HSBC site and this time it showed my cheque returned on 15th may.
This was a deliberate act from HSBC to charge extra amount from me when I was making all my payments within due date.
Also I had taken card on the condition that I would be able to make online payment using my HDFC account which I found totally incorrect once I got the card.
|Solution of your complaint||I want a written apology from HSBC and to cancel the LATE fee. |
|Action||I would approach Consumer Court and more than that I would make sure to do as much harm to HSBC;s goodwill. |
