Iam Sarma an auditor a regular customer and also have introduced many of my client and friends for purchase of skoda.In 2006 i purchased octavia rider from Hyderabad based Mahavir Auto dealer and came out with all papers for registration.Please note iam a residing ar Bhimavaram ie,450km from Hyderabad and 120km from Vijayawada.
On 24-04-2008, i took laura from Vijayawada with same Mahavir branch.I paid necessary amount (Advance,Margin loan amount) and bank has paid the difference.
On one cheque branch office has not noted the name of dealer correctly and the cheque was not traced by the bankers.So the branch asked me to give another cheque,which was cashed in 4 days in my bank.
I was calling them almost daily asking for my car related documents for registration.When i tried to find the reasons for delay they use to say cock and bull stories like MD is not in country etc.When i called Head office,they use to say contach Vijayawada branch.

On 21st May 2008 the Head office sent all documents to Vijayawada; but not to me.
When again i called up for the reason they wanted me to send rs.3500 saying things like cheque bounce and cheque collection charges.When i shouted saying its your mistake to write the name of payee wrongly on cheque and how can my cheque bounce when i have enough balance.Its a prestigious issue than later on they said documents will be issued only after paying rs.1000.

This is really a non-sense kind of reason.I bought a car which costs 18lacs, they stopped my documents for just rs 1000???

Is this the kind of customer service they provide for an important customer.No middle class customer goes to buy luxury cars.The people in Vijayawada are so arrongant.NOTE that you people cant just wipe your hands only by selling cars.A real customer relation will be only on post sale.

They way this people communicate with a professional like me shows how indeceny they have towards customer.

Solution of your complaintThe people mostly at help desk should be replaced at vijaywada ,educated and well disciplined people should be hired who behave properly with customer.Dealers should be independ at each place.  
ActionI Would never again go for skoda until mahavir dealer does not value a customer. There are number of various dealers whom i have personal touch.After all any car you take until the customer is service is good no one goes for buy.
