I am a Pioneer Scheme customer of Reliance. Recently i have changed my handeset to the newly launched MotoRAZR2 V9m that is available only to Reliance Customers.
Since the Day i have purchased this handset i am facing problems with the incommings. What happens is that if the phone remains unused for some time the incommings get blocked.. the outgoings work fine and the signal strength is also full.
i have already got the handest checked with the technical team of Motorola and they say that there has to be some problem with the Reliance cause they found nothing wrong in the handset after some tests they performed..
its been 5 months since the purchase and the problem just continues. every time i call at the helpline i have to first sit and explain him the entire problem which itself takes 20 minute. they then put me on hold or tell tme that a their technical team wil call me which never happens
i would really appreciate if any one could help me out with the solution for this problem
