i have registered one land line telephone with request of broad band connection, when i was enquired with the customare care center the executive told me that we will provide the facility at your premices withtin 3 days. on behalf of this i have submited required Document with the chargeable amount on 19th march 2008. after that taking round again & again to the office of BSNL i have receve the wire less conncetion without broad band on 25 march. when i enquired with sdm Mr vijay Kumar (incharge that area ) , he told that we are not providing the facility on that premices.
on behalf of that i have surrender that connection & instrument on 5 th April 2008 And.on the same day my account has been closed. after that i have received a bill with amount 1103 out of which 1000 advance rental & 92 as charged amount for that period. again i have contact the customer caare dept & billing section about the clarification of that bill they have promised that ignore this bill & we will sent the final settlement amount .
from that day till now i did not receive any information and at the end of the may i have rceved one more bill with due amount around 300 Rs.
now my request is if i have surrender & get confirmation from the dept. then why should i pay for that . why it is outstanding
