I Amit Kumar sending you all detail about my Nokia-5310 Music Xpress and my complaint num is 2-31JVPR
1). Location and complete address of the Nokia Care Centre.

2). IMEI/Serial Number of the phone.
3). Latest Job slip/repair number.
4). Place of purchase and date (complete address of the dealer)
* Hotspot, Ground Floor, 317-18, Uttam Building,Chandni Chowk, New Delhi & 09/05/2008,
5). Date when the phone was submitted.
6). My alternate contact number .
All details is written above. It is a matter of concern for me and for last 15 days which I spent to call or cotact to service centre and I did not get my cell phone and possitive response from there. They are saying that they dont have componants but its not my problem. I need new handset It is not working properly it is a manufacturing default that why I am not accepting this handset I submitted it in Service Centre on 9th may 2008 and they told me they will provide it on 30th may 2008. Tell me what should i do, should i accept it because the system of Nokia is not good how it came in market. Plz help me .........
