the matter is almost prolonged for more than a year.I applied to reliance for a phone connection somewhere a year ago.company gave me a phone no 9393758919 which was never activated,they said this number is not available and then they gave me another number which was 9390045953 after two days i received a phone call saying that this number is also not available and then gave me another number which i am using since then..... after one month i received a bill for the unactivated number which i complaint they said its a system error u pay we will credit this amt u back i said its okay and paid in good faith.Bills didnt stop when I complaint they stopped those bills...but I am continously receving collection phone calls and I hav received a legal notice stating to make payment and i am continously telling them that I dont hav that number but nobody is listening inspite they are harrassing me mentally to make payment.I am mentally disturbed they hav spoiled my peace they are threatning to make payment but tell why sould pay for a number which i hav never used.
|Solution of your complaint||credit my money which i paid in good faith and remove the unpaid balance as i hav never used that phone connection as it was never activated |
