I had transferred 8550/- by NEFT transfer facility from my deutsche bank a/c to ABN amro bank on 22/05/08. RBI refrence no is 218264. getting RBI ref no means money transferred from deutsche to ABN. it should credit in my abn account by 23/05/08.
But ABN amro have not credited this money in my a/c. when i contacted customer care they taken my complaint on 25/05/08 and told that problem will resolve by 27/05/08.
when i contaced again to customer care they told me that money already credited in my a/c but there is no any credit in my a/c.
|Solution of your complaint||they should tell me that why they have stopped this money and where the money is. |
