While Taking the order the customer care executive confirmed that the LAP TOP RAM(Memory) will be upgraded to 2GB from 512 MB and will be delivered the same . But the LAP TOP is delivered with only 512 MB RAM . Contacted the Call center and they didnt give any further details .
A complaint also raised but still there is no further response.
