I purchased a Honda City Gxi for delivery on 1 march 2008 on the occasion of my marriage from Ring Road Honda Peera Garhi. But on 29 Feb the dealer delivered the car at 8:00PM to my home. After my marriage i got to know the Honda company launched the same model with alloy wheel with just Rs 4000/- extra from 1st march. Regarding this i made a complaint to Honda company with refrence no 30800472 dated 18 march and i also talked to Honda dealer. To this the dealer replied me that as they provided me huge discount (Rs 22000) they are unable to provide me the alloy wheel and if i am ready to pay those Rs 22000 in addition to Rs 4000 then they can provide me the alloy wheels.
From that day i talked to dealer many times but to my surprise everytime they increased the discount amount which reached Rs 43300 on 24 may and for which they provided me their account statement.
On 31 may i again got the account statement from the dealer which showed discount of Rs 13000.
Even i talked to Honda company customer care many times but eveytime they replied they will escalate the matter to higher authority and i will get solution soon.
But now it is already 3 months for the purchase of my car i didnt get any solution.
For this i already talked to Mr Rajiv jain (VP-Dealer), Mr Venkatesh(Showroom head) Ms Simmi (Showroom senior manager) Mr Neeraj Sharma (Showroom Executive) and Ms Priyanka Sharma (Dealer customer care manager).
This is really surprising that No 1 dealer of Honda this is behaving like this.
Solution of your complaint
Alloy wheels should be provided.
Will file a case in consumer court and also inform media about this.
