I Vinayashri mother of Ayush (1.5 year old child) admitted Ayush to daycare in VivaaInternational on 5th December 2007.
Everyday while dropping him to daycare Ayush used to cry. We were assured by Nanditta that it is normal and we need not worry much about it. So we assumed that he will be alright within a month. Meanwhile during month of January Nanditta told that the admission to M0 (Montessori) is open and we need to pay the fees of Rs30,000/ towards Montessorri (M0) & Daycare from June 2008 to December 2008 which we paid in the month of February itself.
But things did not go well as expected, Ayush was not at all happy to go daycare inspite of convincing him and the moment we mention about daycare he used to say "No, no" and used to cry. He was too scared of the daycare as well. I used to call up the daycare and tried to find why he was unhappy, but neither Ms. Nanditta nor Ms. apna responded properly, instead they used to say that he is quite happy there which was not the case - as we could make out from Ayushs behaviour. Hence we thought of discontinuing from the daycare and informed Ms Nanditta regarding it for which she agrred. Ms Nanditta and Ms Sapna requested me to submit a letter stating the same which we did. But when it came to refunding the fees, they started avoiding us.

Now, because that I had informed them in advance I expect them to refund the amount Rs30,000/.

Also they said that as per the policy they do not refund any amount. My neighbour also had similar experience and she also lost around Rs15,000/

My word of caution to parents : Please think twice before you admit your child in Vivaa. 

Solution of your complaintI expect VivaaInternation to refund Rs30,000/ paid. 
ActionI will be sending VivaaInternational: Montessori & Daycare Centre a legal notice shortly through the consumer court for non-refunding the fees and for harrassment causing my child and me mental agony.
