Sales, tech product, need credibility and transparently in transferring products knowledge and specification, origin of manufacturing and other information.
After sales services is more important than the sales itself it need, in additional to the above terms, dealer, agent, credibility and reputation.
So products, dealer is the key of sales efficiency and customer satisfied and business success.
