1)Lost my debit card on 4th Nov 2007 Ė 5267 0111 0006 6772
2)Fraudulent transactions worth Rs29,458 carried out on my card before I got my card blocked 3
3)Filed for insurance compensation on 6th Nov2007 with all requisite documents including bank statement and general complaint to police
4)For lost card protection (unlike accident insurance) a general complaint to Police is enough

5)Its been more then 8 months they have not settled my claim on pretext that I donít have an FIR
