I have bought the said Washing Machine from Rajat electronics (New Delhi) at CSD price. In Aug 2007 I shifted to Rohtak (Haryana). In October 2007 machine became unserviceable. Local dealer(M/s Bhatia) was approached for repair. He denied to provide services stating "Apne paise bachane ke liye Canteen se le ate hain,hamse lete to hum service dete,jahan se laye ho wahi le jao". Please think how it can be feasible. The complaint was made to M/s Rajat Electronics and it took full Two and half month to get it repaired through M/s Amba, Rohtak. The time taken for repair was justified as "Non- availability of spares".
After a month the machine(dryer) became unserviceable. Since Feb 2008 I am approaching M/s Amba to get it repaired, On my last call in Jun he expressed his inability to get the complaint attended. Since Feb till last he was cooperative in conversation and did not get it repaired. Now totallly tired of the approaches, Please find the solution to it.
My old mother is suffering due to unserviceability of the machine , kindly look into the matter and direct your representative to attend the complaint.I feel to repent on making the choice of your product due to the services I have faced till date.

may approach cosumer court and tell all known person not to buy your products due to non availability of services.
