I have booked a A/C Ticket from bangalore to hyderabad on 12th june 2008.for a travel dated 14th june 2008. the reporting time for departure was 7:10 pm. On 14th June 2008 i had reported at 7:00 pm to Mr Jagadesh N. I have waited for half an hour at the office. later i asked in the office about the arrival at 7:45 pm. They told the bus has left already and would board me on another bus which would pick me up and leavd leave at Anand Rao circle and there i can catch the bus. so i boarded the bus and reached anand rao circle at 10:30 pm. I asked in the office about the bus and they told it has already left at 9:30. i called Mr Jagadesh and he told he would enquire abt it and he would give me full refund the next day.
I went to the office on the next day and they told me they would give me a non A/c bus ticket for 15th june 2008. so i told to refund the difference amount for AC bus. He refused to give and told
the AC buses are full and that the non ac ticket is the only one. I enquired in the near by travels and came to know that the tickets for AC buses are available. I told to give me the complete refund so that i would get an AC ticket and he refused to do that.
