I have spent over 30 days, 200 calls, multiple emails and tried to escalate my problems but have got no resolution. My complaint is : - Network connectivity (nop signal in my house) - Overbilling (billed for blackberry inspite of disconnecting the service. - Incorrect billing (Billed for downloads I have never done) - Service denial (GPRS disconnected and then I am now charged for GPRS)
I have registered multiple complaints with airtel, visited their office, sent email etc but have got no help.
