I bouht this machine on 01/11/2007. First two months it was Ok. But trouble started latter. When we wash cloths in the machine cloths getting cut i.e like Scissor cut. I had reported to the Customer care on April 10th 2008 for fitting ratmesh and for this problem. They had sent service engineer and he taken the machne to work shop. They fitted the rat mesh but the main problem still un resolved. They had taken the machine to workshop three times during the last two months. We are facing lot of problems at home. Now they were saying machine is ok. I had asked them what is the life of the machine now. Because they were informed me they cahenged the drum also.But stil the problem is un resolved. I requested new machine.
Why should I accept a deferior quality machine? which is not performing well? Now it is in warranty and they were responding. What about the efficiency of the machine? I requested them to send the Job work details. But they rejected. Why ?.
